Fast, Free Shipping
Avalon offers fast and free shipping on all orders and to anywhere within Australia. All our products are in stock at the Melbourne warehouse and sent out directly to your designated address via Australia Post. Once you’ve placed an order online, it is dispatched either on the same or on the following business day. Please note that weekend orders are sent out on the following Monday.
Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). You can also track your order by visiting the order tracking page. Our estimated delivery time for all orders is 4 to 7 working days within Australia.
Receiving Your Order
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. They require a signature on delivery and will normally not leave the parcel unattended. If there is no one at the address to receive the delivery, the postman will leave a note for you to pickup the parcel from your nearest post office.
Pickup Service
Avalon does not currently offer a pickup service, sorry. All orders are sent out directly from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post. Delivery is fast and free.

Just took my monocular on a trip to Chad. Appreciated its brightness, clarity and light weight. Quick to focus and perfect for someone who struggles to see well out of a big pair of binos. I was able to keep up with those with far more expensive gear. The platinum colour does get a bit grubby but cleans up well. The front lens cover definitely needs a redesign. After reattaching it a couple of times, it was lost. Customer service was excellent in getting the monocular to me in time for my trip. Happy with the purchase.

The monocular is excellent and found very steady and clear. Used it for the first time last week, the front lens cap must of detached and fell off after two minutes of use and was not found. The case that it came with was not very good and would benefit from a shoulder strap, the binocular itself has no useful points to attach a shoulder strap too. Will now have to invest in a decent shoulder bag a new lens cap.

My second try at a monocular. This one is far superior to cheaper ones; but nowhere as good as my good binoculars. I have a vision disease and need something less bulky. This fills the void reasonably well. Slightly difficult to maintain stability due to its magnification but is oo.k. Not as bright a picture as higher quality products.

I like it. Good price. Easy to use. Good image quality. Being tripod capable is a nice extra. The hand strap was a bit confusing but I figured it out. The ability to attach a neck strap would be a nice feature. Not sure how well the Platinum color will hold up to dirt over time. Lens caps fit fine. No complaints.

Just received this monocular and I truely recommend it for general ocean use. I surf and now having this mono is really handy to check out waves,that are out the back of the breaking zone and sure does make it easy to spot good waves.So glad I got rid of the old 7 x25 bino,s.This new mono is light weight,easy to use and fits in my pocket…just so handy.Great product.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment. I have not used a monocular before so I am still learning. I like it better than my binocular but would have liked some written information with it.
