Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

What does the order status mean?

 
PENDING : We have received an order attempt from you but it seems that the payment did not come through. Please note that your credit card or PayPal account were not charged as the order did not come through. If you wish you may try to order again. You may also try using a different browser or even a different computer or tablet.

 
FAILED : Your payment was not successful. You can try to order again using the same or a different payment method.

 
PROCESSING : Your order was received and will be dispatched shortly, generally within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive another email from us once it is dispatched.

 
COMPLETED : Your order was sent out via Australia Post. Our estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days within Australia and 7 to 10 days for New Zealand orders.

 
REFUNDED : The payment for your order was refunded back to your credit card or PayPal account.

 
CANCELED : Your order was cancelled.
