All items sold on the Avalon Optics website are covered by a 90 days money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, for any reason, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging within 90 days of its delivery.

If you are experiencing a problem while using Avalon binoculars, we highly recommend reading our product support page. It contains everything you need to know about using our binoculars and adjusting them to your eyesight.

How to Return an Item

To return an item for an exchange or refund, you will need your order number and billing email originally used for the purchase. The order number can be found on the order confirmation email as well as the shipping notification email which you received from us. If you can’t find an email from us please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders. Once you know the order number simply contact us and we will let you know how and where to return the item to.

Conditions for Returning an Item

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories included. Please note that we will not accept used or non-resalable goods. When sending back an item, please make sure to place it back in its original packaging in the exact same manner as it was received.

The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Please allow for up to 14 days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
