COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
With the growing health concerns, we would like to assure you that Avalon’s services, delivery and support are all fully operational. We are delivering all orders normally via Australia Post. To minimise contact, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.
Fast, Free Shipping
Avalon Optics offers fast and free shipping on all orders and to anywhere within Australia. All our products are in stock at the Melbourne warehouse and sent out directly to your designated address via Australia Post. Once you’ve placed an order online, it is dispatched either on the same or on the following business day. Please note that weekend orders are sent out on the following Monday.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). You can also track your order by visiting the order tracking page. Our estimated delivery time for all orders is 2 to 5 working days Australia wide.
Receiving Your Order
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. They require a signature on delivery and will normally not leave the parcel unattended. If there is no one at the address to receive the delivery, the postman will leave a note for you to pickup the parcel from your nearest post office.
Avalon Optics does not currently offer a pickup service, sorry. All orders are sent out directly from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post. Delivery is fast and free.
